Well Hello there, we are Nick & Chris, Co-Founders & Curators of Bizarium, Along with lots of help from our fluffy cockapoo. British born and raised Nick is what you would describe as a quintessentially eccentric chap, whereas Chris is less eccentric, but equally crackers, we with a strong passion for period interiors, antiques and design. 

 

From an early age Nick has loved antiques and period interiors/homes, which has grown the older he has gotten and has massively influenced how we are decorating our Edwardian home. As avid bargain hunter, we have sourced 80% of our furniture and accessories either from vintage stores, antique centres, eBay and even Facebook selling pages. But even with all of that to explore, certain things we loved, were either not available or completely out of budget. 

 

So, using my skills and education Bizarium took a U turn in August 2020, from what was a platform for Nick’s own illustration & design work to an interior’s paradise for period homes with a touch of whimsy and bizarreness. 

 

From Nick designing and creating our own handcrafted interior products of soft furnishings, wall décor and ceramic decorations, and soon to be offering up-cycled furniture, all our own in-house products are created from carefully sourced imagery using a range of public domain image banks, quality paints, finishes and fabrics. 

 

We have also introduced a stunning range of carefully sourced interior products and gifts that are evocative of a time when everything was designed to not only look incredible but be functional too, to compliment what we offer, which is already proving popular and we are hoping to grow this.
